Bava Kamma 42-48 – Daf Yomi One Week at a Time

This week we will learn that if an ox meant to kill an animal but killed a person instead, the ox isn鈥檛 killed but the owner does need to pay Kofer. We will also learn that if a potter places his pots in someone鈥檚 courtyard without permission, and the owner of the courtyard breaks them, he is exempt from reimbursing the potter. If someone was injured by the pots. the potter is liable to pay for damages.

She lectures on various topics including Daf Yomi, Gemara, Halacha, and Tefilah. Dr. Spitz has held academic and administrative positions at various Midrashot and served as the Jewish Studies Principal of Instituto Yavne, one of the main Jewish day schools of Montevideo, Uruguay. She also runs a Chiropractic practice specializing in Women鈥檚 Health in Gush Etzion and is a Hip-Hop dance teacher.
