Bava Kamma 63-69 – Daf Yomi One Week at a Time

This week we will start the 7th chapter of Bava Kamma. In this chapter, we will learn the penalty for stealing. If a person steals an item, he must pay twice the value. If a person steals an ox or a sheep and then sells it or slaughters it, he needs to pay back the owner 5 times or 4 times its value. If a person steals a stolen item from the thief, they do not have to pay double.
