This week we will learn what is considered designated for use on the Festival and what is not ie. Muktza (unable to be used on the Festival).  Although one is allowed to prepare food on the Festival, one is not allowed to create a new utensil, even if it is part of the food preparation. One is also not allowed to create new fire ie. ignite a fire, on the Festival.
