Modern Applications of Masechet Yevamot in Israel鈥檚 Rabbinical Courts with Rabbi Seth Farber

 

Rabbi Seth Farber is an Orthodox rabbi and social activist who founded ITIM in 2002. Since then, he has become a leading figure in religion-and-State issues in Israel who is often cited by the media, and is sought after as a public speaker. Rabbi Farber was honored with a Nefesh B’Nefesh Bonei Zion Prize in 2015, and an Israel Ministry of Aliyah Prize for Outstanding Contribution to Israeli Society in 2018. He was ordained by the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary of Yeshiva University, and received a BA from New York University, an MA in Judaic Studies from Yeshiva University, and a PhD in Jewish History from the Hebrew University.
