Rabbanit Dr. Tamar Meir holds degrees in Talmud and Jewish philosophy, and a PhD in literature from Bar-Ilan University. She is the founder and head of the “Kulana” women’s Beit Midrash in Givat-Shmuel and head of the literature department at Givat Washington College. Tamar is a children’s author, resident of Givat Shmuel and a mother of six.
