- Mishna: About witnesses coming to testify for the new moon and about midwives, fire fighters etc can go out to save people.
- On this mishna Rav Moshe discusses how ambulance drivers can return home.
- Mishna about the questioning of the witnesses. empty side of the moon does not face the sun – as that would be beyond its punishment
- on the Rainbow – never faces earth as the bow where the sun would be the arrow
