This chapter refers back to cases of mixed up birds discussed previously but instead of the priest doing as the mishna suggested, the priest sacrificed them anyway in a particular way- either all above, all below or half half – what is the law in each case? What if a woman committed to also bringing a pair of birds as a voluntary offering and the priest didn’t sacrifice them as she asked. What if she specified which type of bird she wanted?
