Eruvin Daf 84 Discussing the dispute between Rav and Shmuel and seeing if our mishna supports either side regarding: the case where the upper level can access the item in the courtyard be it a pillar or rock by lowering something to it and therefore they have ease of access according to Shmuel since those in the courtyard itself would need to throw something onto the item. Rav would say that the item isn’t permitted to either group as they both have an equally difficult access. Reminder that this is a case where the upper story (ie those on the porch) and the courtyard each made their own eruv but they did not make a joint eruv.
